Nexa MemKeeper watches Windows memory from the tray and reclaims what is no longer needed. It is written in pure Rust on the Win32 API - no managed runtime, no UI framework, no external DLLs beyond the OS inbox set. Feature code (process list, cleanup engine) runs in on-demand worker processes and is released the moment you close the window, so the resident shell stays around 1.5 MB.
